The service

DhanX is an educational trading simulator. It lets you practise options and stock trading using virtual money on market data shown for learning purposes.

No real transactions

All balances, orders, positions, P&L, rewards and referral credits are virtual and carry no monetary value. No trade placed here reaches any stock exchange or broker, and nothing affects a real trading or Demat account.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the app — including strategies, charts, news, gainers/losers or any figure shown — is investment advice, a recommendation, a tip, or a solicitation to buy or sell any real security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; do not impersonate others or share credentials.

Fair use

Use DhanX for personal, educational purposes. Do not abuse rewards or referrals, reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt or misuse the service, or present virtual results as real trading performance to mislead others.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro and Pro Plus are optional paid plans. They unlock convenience features only — they do not change the simulated nature of the app. Bought on dhanx.co.in, they are billed by Razorpay as a recurring auto-payment: ₹99/month or ₹999/year for Pro, and ₹149/month or ₹1,499/year for Pro Plus, charged automatically on the same date of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. If you subscribe through an app store instead, that store handles the billing and its own rules apply.

Cancellation & refunds

You can turn off auto-renew at any time from the Membership section on dhanx.co.in, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops all future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded pro-rata. If you were charged in error, or a payment was taken after you cancelled, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method — refunds normally reach your account in 5–7 working days. Because paid features unlock immediately, we do not otherwise refund a period that has already been used.

Rewards & referrals

Ad rewards and referral bonuses add virtual money only. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything of value, and may be adjusted or reset to keep the simulation fair.

Availability

We aim to keep DhanX running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data may be delayed, approximate or temporarily unavailable.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.
